I have been a client of Jim’s for several years, a short time considering the longevity of his many other clients!

Jim was recommended to me by my husbands Trainer because of his reputation for training people with injuries. I was ending six weeks of Physical Therapy for two herniated discs and had not been able to “workout” in a long time.

Jim designed a program for me based on my Physical Therapist’s report and his many years of experience and education. We began with the basics and gradually built up my strength and endurance to the point where for the first time in years I am pain free!

I am a 54 year old mother of three and probably in the best physical shape of my life. My family is very proud of Jim’s and my hard work.
